Tribadism/Lesbianism

Female hornosexuality is known as tribadism or
lesbianlsm.
§
Sexual gratification of a woman is obtained by
another woman by simple kissing, generalized body contact, deep kissing, manual
manipulation of breasts & genitalia, genital apposition, friction of
external genital organs etc.
§
In some cases, enlarged clitoris is used as
organ of passion or some artificial penis or phallus may be used. The external genitals
may show scratch marks, abrasions or teeth marks, Many lesbians are masculine
in type, possibly because of endocrine disturbances and are indifferent towards
individuals of the opposite sex.
§
It is practiced by the women who are mental
degenerates or who suffer from nympomania (excessive sexual desire)
§
Lesbians who are morbidly jealous of one
another, when rejected may commit homicide, suicide or both.
§
Findings in a habitual lesbian are as follows-
- Enlarged
clitorls.
- Masculanity.
- Endocrine abnormality.
- Mental derrangement
- Nymphomania.
Bestiality:
It is the sexual intercourse by a
human being with a lower animal.

The animals are-
§
Calves & sheeps (most common)
§
Chicken, ducks & geese
§
Cows, mares, she-asses & bitches.
§
Dogs & cat (common for female)
§
Vaginal intercourse is the most common, but
intercourse may take place through the anus or any other orifice, eg. nose.
§
Bestiality is seen in persons suffering from
mental abnormality, Persons who go out to graze.
cattle in the fields may be excited with the animals.
Sometimes the act is committed due to false belief that gonorrhoea is cured by
the intercourse with a she-ass.
§
In females- usually the animal manipulates the
genitalia with its mouth and actual coitus is very rare.
Sexual perversion:
Sexual perversions are persistenty indulged sexual acts in
which complete satisfaction is sought and obtained without sexual intercourse.
Uranism:
It is the generabterm for perversion of the sexual instinct.
Sadism:
It is a type of sexual perversions in which sexual
gratification is obtained or increased from acts of physical cruelty or
infication of pain upon one’s partner. It is seen more commonly on male. To
obtain sexual gratification, the sadist may bite, beat, whip, produce cuts etc.
or ill-treat or torture his sexual partner in many other cruel ways.
Lust murder:
In exterme cases of sadism, murder serves as a stimulus
for the sexual act and becomes the equlyalent of the coitus, the act being
accompanied by erection, ejaculation & orgasm, The typical lust murder is
characterized by-
1. Periodic
outbreaks
2. Cutting
or stabbing of the breasts, genitalia or the lower abdomen.

Usuality with sucking, ticking or mouthing of
the wounds and biting of the skin.
§
In some cases, there is desire to drink the
blood & eat the flesh.
3. Erection
& ejaculation may sometimes be followed by sexual intercourse with the
dying or injured victim.
4. His
behaviour is usually normal until the next outbreak.
